Tooly SSO

Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of Tooly SSO at sso.tooly.fyi (the "Service"), operated by itpro360 LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

A private single sign-on service. It verifies who you are with your password and an authenticator code, and lets connected self-hosted apps sign you in. Each connected app is a separate service with its own rules.

2. Accounts

3. Acceptable use

Don't: try to get into accounts or apps you're not allowed to use; probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service; get around rate limits, lockouts or two-step verification; use automated tools to sign in other than an app's normal sign-in flow; use the Service for anything unlawful.

4. Your content and the apps you use

The Service stores only account and security information. Content you create inside a connected app belongs to you and is governed by that app. When you use an app, the Service shares your sign-in details with it as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party links

Your app list links to other services. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, put the Service at risk, or are no longer needed, and we may change or end the Service. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or access, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify itpro360 LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
